Asa
Monk 936-641-0385 Champace93@hotmail.com Summary While
working to learn new systems and processes that were required for each
project, I have acquired knowledge in small and large Capital Projects,
Maintenance Turnarounds, Project Management, Cost Control, Planning and
Engineering. In the process of building and executing these schedules I
produced reports and analytics for my employer and contract or client needs
regarding all aspects of cost and schedule progress or development. My
assignments have ranged from small turnarounds to large Capital Projects into
the billion dollar range. I have worked with multiple logically integrated schedules
as well as multiple subcontractors. I have managed teams through development
and execution throughout my career and welcome the chance to work with people
driven to success. Project-T/A

the Project Scheduling Manager and lead scheduler for the development and

developed a full EPC schedule with our engineering partner Technip to develop
the polyethylene schedule. The SIT schedule was developed with Zachry
Engineering of Omaha and several smaller third party engineering partners.
Multiple logically tied schedules were needed based on the complexity of
these projects. Several project baselines were created and used as the
development of these schedules continued. Although cost was not directly
integrated into this particular schedule, man-hours actual and earned were
reported to our cost department and the client and used to fulfill our cost
reporting requirements. · Formalized
